Shipping

• Do you ship worldwide? Yes we do!

• How are all products packaged? All calendars are mailed in a biodegradable sleeve and cardboard mailer. We are awaiting stock on a biodegradable option for our cards.

• All orders are packaged within 2-3 days of receiving payment, provided they are in stock. We ship orders between Monday - Friday. The total cost of shipping depends on the weight of your order. This a carbon neutral delivery and includes tracking. Please note during peak periods we can experience a large number of orders, and therefore a slight processing or shipping delay.

• AUSTRALIA / NZ / ASIA PACIFIC / USA / CANADA : Shipped with tracking using the national post service; Australia Post. Please allow approximately 3-10 business days for delivery and 5-10 days for delivery to the US or Canada. This excludes weekends and national holidays. For more information on delivery times refer to the Australia Post website.

• DENMARK: Shipped with tracking via PostNord. Options include MyPack Home, MyPack Collect and PostNord Parcel.

• FINLAND, FAROE ISLANDS, GREENLAND, ICELAND, NORWAY, SWEDEN: Shipped with tracking via PostNord. Options include MyPack Home, MyPack Collect and PostNord Parcel. 2-6 days delivery timeframe.

• EUROPE & UK: Shipped with tracking via PostNord. Options include MyPack Home and MyPack Collect/PostNord Parcel. 2-6 days delivery timeframe.

• REST OF EUROPE: Countries include Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia Herzegovina, Cyprus, Georgia, Gibraltar, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, North Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Tadzhikistan, Turkmenistan, Turkey, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Vatican City. Options include MyPack Home and PostNord Parcel.

Customs Fees

• All packages to Norway, Switzerland and Liechtenstein are subject to a customs clearance fee. Customers who are VOEC registered in Norway and who send packages that comply with the rules for VOEC are exempt from fees. To other countries outside the EU, the recipient pays for customs clearance.

• All packages outside Europe, may incur a customs fee on arrival.

Refunds / Exchanges / Sale Items

• Please choose carefully as all sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be permitted for change of mind to online purchases.

• Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

• We are an Australian company, under the ABN no- 25812881188. Our website currency is in Australian Dollars.

Additional Notes

• We ship all products out of Sydney, Australia under the Australian Eastern Standard Time. Please keep in mind the time difference when awaiting replies, and I will endeavour to get back to you as soon as I can.

• All designs is reserved by The Brown Paper Movement. Every design is exclusive and original, designed by Olivia Alicja Chylinski. Please understand it is an offence to steal in whole or any part of the products, designs, copies or photography you find in this shop and on our Etsy web shop.
